Autumn Pork Chops

1 1/2 T veg oil
8 pork chops
1 1/2 cans cream of celery soup
3/4 c of apple juice
3 T spicy brown mustard
1 1/2 T honey
1 1/2 T black pepper

Label: Defrost then bake @ 325 degrees for 30 to 40 min or cook in skillet until cooked through.
