Thaw in refrigerator. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large skillet until hot. Add pork to
skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Add thawed veggies
and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in pouch with sauce and cook until
sauce thickens and boils. Serve as is, or over rice.
