Crock Pot Nachos

6-8 Boneless Chicken Thighs
1 Can Corn, Drained
1 Can Black Beans, Drained
14 oz. Salsa
8 oz. Cream Cheese
Chips or Rice

Place chicken, corn, beans and salsa in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Shred chicken. Return to pot and stir in cream cheese until melted. Serve over chips.

Label: Thaw, heat, and serve over chips or rice.
