Chicken Cheese Ziti
1 lb penne pasta
2 large chicken breasts
2 T butter
4 T Flour
1 t salt
2 1/2 c milk
2 c cheese
4 T Parmesan cheese
4 T dry Italian bread crumbs
Cook pasta and set aside. Cook chicken and shred. In a skillet, melt butter and stir in flour and salt. Add milk slowly stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 more minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Keep stirring until melted and smooth. Combine sauce, pasta, and chicken. Transfer to a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and last 1/2 c of cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Cheesy Sausage Pasta Bake
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 lb. penne pasta
1 - 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 t. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 t. salt
1 - 15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. parsley (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta and remove from heat 1 minute before suggested cooking time. Drain and set aside. Cook sausage in large skillet until thoroughly cooked, 8-10 minutes. Drain off fat. In large bowl, stir in spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and cooked pasta. Place 1/2 of mixture in 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, 1 C. of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and layer over pasta mixture. Top with remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle 1 C. mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Serves 8.
Label: Thaw. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.
